Submission Requirements
Each of the below elements is required for the symposium proposal to be considered. The proposal must:
Proposal Scoring and Acceptance
Symposium proposals are scored by the Program Committee and by invited experts in the proposal's specific topic. The criteria are:
- Quality of data
- Innovation
- Diversity (countries, institutions, genders, career level)
- Potential interest of the topic to attendees
- Diversity and representation from different countries are encouraged

Abstract Submission Timeline
- Submissions open: July 1, 2025
- Oral abstract deadline: December 1, 2025
- Poster abstract deadline: February 1, 2026
Abstract Presentation Formats
Abstract presentations are split into two formats: oral abstracts and poster abstracts.There will be 90-minute oral abstract sessions. Presenters have 10 minutes each to present their results and 3 minutes to address brief questions.
Poster abstracts are organized into one-hour sessions during which the presenter must be present with their poster to discuss the work with attendees. Posters can be presented at almost any stage of research and provide an excellent opportunity for authors to discuss their methods and findings with other professionals.

All abstract submissions should be 500 words or less, and should be structured according to the sections below.
